Replacement Policy

Mandatory Proof for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video.

  • The video must start before opening the package.
  • The package seal and product must be clearly visible.
  • The issue or defect must be clearly shown in the video.
  • Edited, cut, or unclear videos will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.
