Refund, Replacement & Warranty Policy

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Returns and refunds are not allowed after delivery.

We only provide replacements if the product is found to be defective or damaged due to negligence on our part or during transit.


Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Replacement will be provided only for the same product value .
  • Product upgrades or downgrades are not permitted.

Eligible Replacement Reasons

  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered

Important Return Conditions (Mandatory)

A mandatory unboxing video is required for all replacement or damage claims.

  • The video must be fully recorded from start to finish.
  • The recording must begin before opening the package.
  • The package seal and product must be clearly visible.
  • The issue or defect must be clearly shown in the video.
  • No cuts, edits, transitions, or pauses are allowed.

If the unboxing video is missing, unclear, edited, or does not meet the above requirements, we will not be able to process any replacement or return request.

Return Shipping

Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.

  • Physical damage after use
  • Water damage
  • Strap wear and tear
  • Change of mind

Cancellation Policy

An order that has been placed cannot be cancelled or changed.

  • Clear product images or video showing the issue
  • Order number or original invoice

For issues related to delivery damage or missing items, a proper unboxing video (as described above) is mandatory.

Requests without the required proof may be rejected.
