Replacement Policy

- The video must start before opening the package.
- The package seal and product must be clearly visible.
- The issue or defect must be clearly shown in the video.
- Edited, cut, or unclear videos will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.
